Construct We can prepare tenders for projects designed by other architects and offer a comprehensive construction service covered by all relevant licenses and insurances.
Design + construct If engaged in a design role, we can submit a tender for construction at the tender stage along with other builders. If we are chosen to act as builder, discounts apply to our fees due to the reduced workload when the project is in-house.
Document + construct We are often asked to tender on projects with incomplete documentation. In such cases, we are able to supplement documentation to a standard that will facilitate true and accurate competitive tendering.
Reports We provide reports dealing with dilapidation, pre-purchase inspection, statements of environmental effects and other formats commonly required.
